They have scheduled us in same week when needed, and are great at explaining what we can do to prevent further issues with various pests. They have diligently maintained hundreds of properties throughout the years, and I have no qualms about recommending them to anybody.“

“So, I had a bee issue in my front yard. My first call was to surefire (I had used them before), but they weren't available. Their message said they were short staffed & to text them my info. After a couple of hours, i called around. I wasn't happy with the (put your credit card on file & we'll charge it when we're done). The next day, Surefire texted back & apologized for being out of town. I quickly canceled my other appointment & had them come out. Drew was so excited to see the bees in my yard. “There were rats in my garage. Logan came to my house did a careful check. He helped seal any possible entrance and set up traps inside the garage. He let me know there are three free follow-ups after the work to make sure no rat is trapped inside. Very punctual and professional“

“I found a pest problem in my home. Called and was told a of flat fee to inspect which would be applied to any needed fix. Scot came out, on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem, told me we didn't really need him and how to handle it myself. Then lowered the inspection fee! Competence, maturity and honesty; what a pleasure. He could have taken me for unnecessary repairs but did not. Refreshing in this day and age. Highest recommendation.“
