“I recently had RM Banning Company install a new roof on my home. They have done so on two previous occasions, 1988 and 2005. I selected them again without doing any market research because of my memorable experience with their dedication to making sure their customer received the best service they could provide from start to finish. The work started with a very comprehensive assessment of the condition of my roof (outside and inside), my chimney, and gutter system accompanied with photos of what was found. When the actual work started, all the teams actually showed up earlier than scheduled. I was kept informed of progress and issues by the team chiefs. Cleanup was equally impressive - hard to tell they were even at my home! The office staff provided me with prompt service in scheduling the various teams and providing me with the invoices. So, all-in-all, another great experience with RM Banning Company!“

Very responsive and great customer service were the start. But then the tile installers were amazing. It is truely an art for them and they crafted a masterpiece. Measuring, cutting and laying each tile meticulously as if it were their own home. Beautiful work! I only got 1 other quote and their pricing was comparable so I would say they also have competitive pricing. Good experience all around.“

“Having no success with ReStore (Habitat for Humanity) picking up 2 boxes of new, unused hardwood flooring, I discovered ReBuild which is actually closer to where I live. They were not able to arrange pick up, but at least they were up front with me, and didn't lie and then make excuses! They are only open a few days a week, but fortunately I'm retired so am flexible. I was able to get the two 7' boxes of hardwood flooring into my car, and found my way to ReStore on Fullerton Road. It's a bit tight to get to the door because of the location and parking, but I had barely put my car in park before a gentlemen came out to me and carried the boxes in for me! Service. I am so delighted to know about ReBuild Warehouse and you can be sure that I'll be donating any future building materials there. Highly recommend.“

“Several years ago we hired Graves to take out a weight-bearing wall that separated two rooms. we did not want a header, which caused massive headaches for Doug. There was a miscommunication and he had not realized that this was what we wanted until the day demo was started. Doug was creative and tenacious and figured out how to make all of this work out for us, mostly sticking to our initial estimate. There we're a few problems with a couple of teams who were doing the work, but Doug immediately fixed the problem and had work redone, which we appreciated. Caroline was very helpful with design decisions. it's been several years since this project was completed and we have no complaints with the work that was done and would hire Doug again.
