Charlie came over and assessed our roof. He let me know we'd need a new roof and wouldn't recommend fixing the leak as it wouldn't last and would be wasting money. I plugged a hole in one valley which stopped the leak there, but sure enough, another leak sprung in the opposite valley a few months later. RM Banning had the best price for the same high quality materials and were pretty much done in one day. A professional crew who did a great job. Thanks!Services: Roof inspection

We used R. M. Banning to repair siding. I am very satisfied with the services. Charles did a great job in doing the estimate and proposing a good solution for the repair. The price was reasonable and the materials used were of good quality and matched my siding very well. He was patient in addressing my requests to change items in the proposal. In the front office, Angela and Maria were very helpful. They were very timely, effective, and friendly in responding to my queries and requests, arranged for timely completion of the work. After a storm took shingles off our roof causing a water leak in the house we called around to get an emergency tarp and repair done. So glad we selected RM Banning to help us! They were so easy to deal with. Came out immediately to tarp the roof at a fair and reasonable price. Quickly gave us a quote for a permanent fix and voila - all done! Great communication (even helped us understand the insurance claim process), they show up on time, take pictures so you can see everything they've done, and repair everything correctly. Highly recommend RM Banning and their amazing staff!
