“Alex was great! He arrived on time and accomplished the job quickly and efficiently. Nancy was very helpful with the scheduling as well. Alex was able to demo the molding and remove the cabinet doors of our old tv closet above our fireplace in the living room. He did an excellent job of drywalling over the cabinet opening, painting the surface and then hanging our brand new Samsung Frame TV. He was able to leave an opening behind the tv for us to reach the outlet and hide the TV wires. It was not a simple job, and he executed perfectly. We will definitely hire him again and would highly recommend him to friends and family!“

I then hired them for a pretty thorough update of walls, flooring, electrical, exterior neglect, etc to get my house ready to sell. There were many many moving parts to the project. Having a project manager who came to the house often to keep everything moving and to trouble shoot was really useful. I would (and will) definitely recommend them to others.“

“I strongly recommend John and his group for any renovation or addition to your home. He quoted us for a rear addition of a bedroom on the top level, with a screened in porch directly below. To us, it seemed like a huge project, John was confident and reassuring throughout the entire process, and his team made it look easy. He was the most reasonably priced quote we received for this addition, there were no hidden costs or pop up expenses that we were surprised by. We paid for what we were quoted for to the dollar, and his payment plan was broken up in milestones so we paid a portion of the cost along the way, with the last payment due when final inspection and walk through was complete. John and his team by far provided the most efficient and high quality contracting experience we have ever witnessed. His team was here daily, inspections with the county were scheduled and passed quickly. His team handled the details of the finishing pieces beautifully (door knobs, paint color, railings, ceiling fans, etc). One of the delivery truck drivers from Home Depot messed up our neighbors yard dropping off some cement, when Home Depot was unresponsive in fixing it (despite much effort on our part), John and his team took care of it. We were so pleased that we have already asked him to work other projects in our home. Trustworthy, honest, experienced. Incredibly impressed with this group, would recommend this team to work on your home over anyone else.“

“We had Moore Construction add a large addition to our home, as well as provide some interior renovations in 2022/2023. We had a great experience with the Moore Construction Team from design through construction and close-out. Our PM Rachel provided some fantastic designs to us, including a design that was different than the others and ended up being our favorite layout and what we ultimately selected!The Moore Construction team was excellent communicators with us throughout both design and construction. Their project superintendent Marco was always very transparent with us when issues and change orders came up. We were fortunate to have very few change orders on our project, and we found their pricing generally pretty fair and reasonable.As construction moved along, the Moore Construction team really helped us out by offering some modifications and suggestions on altering the design (including going from a kitchen peninsula jump-up bar to just one flat slab which we absolutely love as it gives our house an even more open feel).The construction crew were great to work with and be around as we lived through about two months of construction before moving out. They did a great job communicating their needs early and we rarely felt like we were making last-second, rushed decisions or adjustments to our lives. They were also very understanding and kept communication open as we got closer to our move-in date and did everything they had to in order for us to move back in.In summary, we cannot recommend Moore Construction enough. They were a great company to work with and we can't speak highly enough about their staff. “Jen Contracting came highly recommended to us by close friends for our condo bathroom renovation we were planning. Alex and his team were extremely easy to work with and accomodating to questions, concerns and ideas. As it was our first major reno project, we looked to Alex and his team for suggestions on certain aspects of the reno which we ultimately went with, and they turned out better than we could have hoped. We unfortunately did not get his name, but the gentleman who did the tiling did an outstanding job and was extremely meticulous with his work. Felix also did a tremendous job and was great to work with. Working through our HOA guidelines, Felix paid great attention to the extremely specific protocals that needed to be followed in the installation of a bathroom vent fan (which has been great). Even through some hiccups, which are bound to happen with any renovation, Alex and his team were extremely responsive and reassuring that any issue would be handled quickly (which they were).
