The quote from the company we used for that job was really high, so we got a quote from JPM. Their price was reasonable and we decided to proceed. They were here yesterday and did great work! They showed up on time and worked hard all day to deliver beyond our expectations for the attic storage space. Each of the workers were kind and respectful and they left our home clean as well. Hope to work with JPM on other projects in the future!“

After underpinning and extending the foundation (6 additional feet), they poured a new floor, built a laundry room, full bath, staircase, and living area that we now use every day. Their minimally invasive approach was impressive (the opinion of a friend of mine who is an engineer), which allowed us to stay in the house during construction. “VERY Impressed! This is the second kitchen we have had Frank and his team do for us and would happily have them back if we move again. (Or if we do a bathroom) Frank was always reachable for any questions and always helpful with our MANY requests for changes and adjustments to the plan. His timing estimates are pretty spot on for a project as big as a total kitchen gut and rebuild. They work very hard to minimize as much of the inconvenience as possible. They are very open with the final price upfront. Of course, things can come up, but there were absolutely no surprises with any costs. Material used was all top notch and not bargain grade. Johnny, Jay and Erick have all been with Metro for years and are truly a pleasure to have around the house. We have recommended Metro to a few other people for kitchens and all have been pleased.
