VERY Impressed! This is the second kitchen we have had Frank and his team do for us and would happily have them back if we move again. (Or if we do a bathroom) Frank was always reachable for any questions and always helpful with our MANY requests for changes and adjustments to the plan. His timing estimates are pretty spot on for a project as big as a total kitchen gut and rebuild. They work very hard to minimize as much of the inconvenience as possible. They are very open with the final price upfront. Of course, things can come up, but there were absolutely no surprises with any costs. Material used was all top notch and not bargain grade. We used Metro Floors and Remodelers to renovate a home we purchased recently. Frank and Michele are amazing. You can tell they have been helping people for a long time. I've also used them for the commercial flooring needs (I'm a manager for a luxury apartment community in Arlington). The commercial flooring side is equally amazing. Ask for Reza for flooring needs. This review is geared more to the renovation they did for our new home. Before we purchased the home, Frank met us at a few viewing appointments with our realtor.
