“My experience with roto rooter and the rr technician was outstanding. They showed up promptly after i contacted them. Work started right away and i was encouraged to watch the hole process. The old septic line was scoped. The technician described what he was seeing and identified what he would do to remedy the situation. The location of the clog was identified and the technician eagerly grabbed a shovel and started digging to locate the pipe and subsequently he excavated the perimeter of the septic tank.

He clearly knew what to do. He was well trained and knew the applicable laws. He had experience with almost every septic situation imaginable and shared his insights freely. The technician was ex military, hard working never negative friendly and helpful.

I had a clogged bathtub drain for years and (at the advice of the most recent plumber that visited from a different company) was about to have sections of the wall/ceiling removed in the attempt to access the pipe. Randy was both very knowledgeable and professional, and after he got the pipe partway open, his supervisor Keith came over with additional equipment and they completely fixed it.
