With almost 20 years of real estate experience I know how important it is that contractors be licensed by DPOR.I called and they came out the next day for an estimate. Pricing was fair. He replaced a toilet, replaced the hardware in my shower, and replaced the box for the washer. Great job and didn’t leave a mess. The owner did the work. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have already sent their information to some colleagues.
