From their response to my call, to coming on time, through the diagnosis and repair and the billing process, Fusion was right on the mark. The repairman quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and had the part with him. I am looking forward to using their services in the future.

Very prompt response and job required a lot of disassembly io replace the latch on our Bosch dryer... Required two visits... one to diagnosed and order the replacement part and another visit for replacement of the part.... Very reasonable price especially with the time involved... Communication with Casey O. And the service technician Sergii was top notch... Had to coordinate my work schedule with times available for the technician... You will not be disappointed with this service company....

On 01/23/2024, Stan from Fusion HVAC and Appliance Repair serviced my LG washing machine with error code OE by replacing the drain pump. He was knowledgable, efficient, and courteous. He carries parts for common issues on his truck so there was no wait time on a parts order. He did great work, using a dolly to move the stacked dryer aside while he took apart the washing machine. He put everything back together and left the job site even better than the day the appliances were originally installed! The appointment scheduler was a pro, too. She fully understood my needs. The price was reasonable, as well.
