Excellent service. After a misunderstanding of time waiting for technician for a previous service call day; all worked out! Very satisfied with the service and the company's appreciation of my time. They were prompt and quick! Worth the wait. Took care of two refrigerators for me. Older kenmore ( even fixed it up ) and a newer Frigidaire

I have been using CK Appliance for years -- almost since they opened. I can honestly say that they are very respectful of your home and your time. I have never had to clean up after them. They come on time and they look for the options that are best for me and my appliance (not doing the "let's just replace it cause it's easier on the repair guy!"Whenever someone mentions needing appliance repair, I always give them CK's number, knowing that Chris, Brandon & any of the guys will provide good service.

I was very impressed with CK Appliance. We had another company sent out by our home warranty company and they failed to fix our washer and dryer and actually cracked the front of the dryer. The home warranty sent out CK Appliance and Brandon was so nice and he couldn’t believe the previous people left our dryer in the condition that they did. He ordered the part needed for the dryer and the washing machine. Andrea in the office called as soon as the parts came in to schedule service.
