“I hate going to the dentist, however they made me feel comfortable and Dr. Rojas is so friendly and has a great sense of humor. For once in my lifetime I don't dread going to the dentist because of how pleasant everyone was during my first visit today. Also I'd like to add I have Sjogrens which affects my teeth and Dr. Rojas was super knowledgeable about it and what that means for my teeth and what needs to be done to keep them strong and healthy!“

“Dr. Bates saw me with very little wait time for an appointment as I had an issue that needed attention due to the situation dragging on for months at my discomfort. I was not a current patient of his. He is professional, personable, takes his time listening to your problem and applied all of his professional knowledge to correct an issue that I thought would need another visit. I was wrong, Dr. Bates fixed every issue I was having right there in the office and I left with a fixed mouth and finally able to eat food without incident. His assistant, Amanda, was great, too. His staff is warm and friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Bates, he truly is great dentist. He is the best.“

Although, this is something no dentist could ever change, this dental office is wonderful. I see so many bad reviews, and believe me when I say these are people who are just hateful, had a bad day, or just was in a bad mood anyways. From the front desk to the dental assistant to the dentist I can't express the level of kindness and love for what they do. I can smile again, and I'm grateful to this dentist office. Probably the best experience I've had with a dentist in decades. Only complaint is lack of signage outside, but it's clear when you go inside that there's a dentist in there past the daycare and church.

While I can understand some people complaining about getting asked if they want to come in earlier, I honestly appreciated it. I'm autistic with adhd and my appointment was originally for 2 pm and normally, that means I'm stuck in stasis till then. Getting to go earlier is amazing.

I found the staff courteous and kind. They were fine with me wearing sunglasses for sensory needs and everything was quick and easy. They were also very good about giving directions on what they needed me to do. It was incredibly helpful.

Also I SUPER appreciated that they didn't try to have a conversation with me while they were working in my mouth. I'm not kidding, it was wonderful and made me so much less anxious about not being able to answer. Only complaint I could have was the lack of music but I could have just as easily brought headphones and listened to my own.“
