“I've heard so many amazing things about this office and the people here, and my visit here blew every single expectation and hope out of the water!I had a cavity in the last molar in the very back of my mouth (at the very bottom) that I had no clue was as bad as it was (until I bit into something 5 days prior to my visit), only to find a crater sized hole in my tooth. It was causing me pain when eating and lingering every evening after dinner until right before bed. I was extremely worried with it being so bad and slightly below the gumline, a root canal or extraction might be needed. I had gone, prior to this, to the same dentist since I was 5 years old, but they were scheduling out in March for all dental work. Being that I had never gone anywhere else (I'm 26 currently), I was a bit nervous at first to try to go anywhere else. On Tuesday, I called the office and Samantha made sure that I was fit in for a Wednesday appointment. The entire staff was so sweet and Dr. Christine and Callie did an AMAZING job making sure that they could save the tooth, and even did the filling the same day! They constantly made sure I was okay, checked if I needed anything, and made sure nothing they were doing was causing any extra pain in that tooth. They were extremely efficient and caring the entire time. We laughed (well - I tried not to when there were tools in my mouth), and it was just all around the best experience I've ever had. I can honestly say I don't think I've ever enjoyed a dental procedure before this one, but they made it such a great experience and making sure we took care of that tooth right away meant THE WORLD to me!Angelica and Hannah were so sweet and kind in the moments they popped in, and MacKenzie and Courtney were just as amazing, sweet, and efficient getting me all checked out and setting up my official new patient first appointment for the new year!I can't wait for my new beginning as a patient of Chester Road Family Dental!Truly the best around!!!“

“Dr. Bates saw me with very little wait time for an appointment as I had an issue that needed attention due to the situation dragging on for months at my discomfort. I was not a current patient of his. He is professional, personable, takes his time listening to your problem and applied all of his professional knowledge to correct an issue that I thought would need another visit. I was wrong, Dr. Bates fixed every issue I was having right there in the office and I left with a fixed mouth and finally able to eat food without incident. His assistant, Amanda, was great, too. His staff is warm and friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Bates, he truly is great dentist. He is the best.“
