“I would typically give a 5 star rating but yesterday when I came in for an emergency appointment made at 3pm. I was not seen until 5 pm and I am highly upset because I have a broken tooth related to a failed root canals that was done by the office and the tooth is cutting my tongue and the infection has spread to my ear. I am currently on my third bottle of antibiotics and now I have to wait another week for an extraction. I can't eat, drink or hardly swallow because of the pain I am in. No other medication was even offered to me for the next week I have to wait. I have been in excruciating pain and I am 16 weeks pregnant even after my doctor sent in an approval letter for dental treatment yesterday.“
