The place was fantastic.The staff the Doctor.But the service that I had done I feel as though I should of not been charged because they should of checked to see first if my insurance covered what was done.But they didn't do that,So I had to pay out of my pocket.But it's all good they did a good job.But it was still not the way to do business upset about that.
Dental visits are never the best however, I was treated with great care and consideration from the Chester area team. My Dental hygienist showed she cared about what she was doing and that it wasn't just a job to her. She took time to explain what she was about to do and answered all questions i had. I would definitely recommend this practice. Such a Great team and Overall Positive attitude thru entering and leaving out.
I have had nothing but a very good experience at Aspen Dental, the staff is so professional and they make sure everything is explained to you, I would surely recommend this office. I give them an A plus.
