“When we moved into our house we had an HVAC issue, electrical questions and now our plumbing decided to show its ugly side. Our main drain backed up. After calling an emergency after hours call. Josh B came quick and got the clog. Well the sucker was a bigger problem then thought. Fast forward a week and the drain backs up but now won’t drain AT ALL. After 7 hours fighting it and trying to locate it, Josh and Glenn fought the beast of hair, fur, scum etc and WON! We all celebrated. The mess was real, but you’d never know. Josh is awesome and made sure water flowed, everything was put back inside and out. So much professionalism and compassion! Thanks Colonial for yet again a wonderful job!“

“I never thought having a very slow drain that flooded the garage could be a pleasant experience. The folks at Drain Wizard changed my mind. To a person they were helpful and professional. My call was answered promptly. I felt my need for help was the most important thing the moment I called. I was given the first appointment the following day, was told who would be providing the service, and what the expected charge would be.The morning of the appointment, I received a call and a text from the techs indicting that they would arrive within 10 minutes- right on time.Tracy and Christina quickly diagnosed the problem and got right into fixing it. When they finished, my main sewer line was running clear. Everything was returned the way they found it. There were no telltale signs that any work had been done. They even explained the possible reasons for the problems, gave me actions I could take to potentially prevent the same thing happening in the future, and made sure all drain lines in the house were running smoothly. I was impressed with their level of attention and clear communication.To top it off, the charge was substantially less than I was told to expect. I might add that the original quote was what I would consider reasonable for the job.Fingers crossed that I don’t need plumbing work in the near future, but if I do, my first call will be to Drain Wizard. “From 2008 to 2020, while living in Newport News, VA, we had Sturdevant complete 4 major projects for us.They remodel our master bathroom, built a retaining wall 4 ft high by 300 ft long in our front yard, a 6 ft high by 25 ft long retaining wall in our back yard, and built a 35 ft long by 24 ft wide by 10 ft high Pergola over our deck.Sturdevant had us involved in every step of the process. Planning, site survey, selection of various types of materials, verifying materials as they were delivered, walk thru with the Forman, and final walk thru with the Project Manager.Every project started with a home visit and quickly moved to their main office to sit and go over all the blueprints and available materials. At this time, we were able to select materials of various cost, to get the look and value that we wanted. Never once was we pressured to use high dollar materials.We were completely satisfied with the entire process, quality of work. We even talked to the workers, and they were able to answer questions that we asked during construction. One thing that really mad us happy was the ability to do some of the work to save money. For example, we did all the demo in our bathroom and hauled it off. This saved us over $500 in labor.We moved to Oswego NY in 2021. I wish they had a company up in Oswego NY, as I would use them for everything we have done to our new house. We really miss they level of professionalism.“

“So I read all the bad reviews and almost didn't call them. My fridge stop cooling and they came out a few hours after the call to take a look. After a few minutes here, he said it was the compressor. Everything on the fridge works, just not cooling. I went to get my wallet to pay him the service fee I was told about when I made the call. He said, no need to pay me, we didn't do much. I could not believe he drove to my house, diagnosed the issue and didn't charge me a dime.
