From 2008 to 2020, while living in Newport News, VA, we had Sturdevant complete 4 major projects for us.They remodel our master bathroom, built a retaining wall 4 ft high by 300 ft long in our front yard, a 6 ft high by 25 ft long retaining wall in our back yard, and built a 35 ft long by 24 ft wide by 10 ft high Pergola over our deck.Sturdevant had us involved in every step of the process. We bought an older home in Poquoson and needed to give the front a much needed update. Nahum did our design for us, which was a bit tricky, due to the age of the home, but he came up with something that we never would have thought of. it came out beautiful. To be honest, we had a few communication hiccups mainly due to the timing. It took about 3 months, but given the covid environment, I don't think it was unrealistic. I read previous reviews of them not answering the phone,etc., but I never experienced that. I was very impressed that Crystal was always courteous and talked me down when I was frustrated.
