Bernie and John were awesome! From the initial conversation to them finishing the installation of my new water heater, they were amazing! Bernie and John were able to answer all of my questions and thoroughly assisted with the process of it all. Furthermore, Yvette was patient and was able to quickly take care of me once the insurance claims were approved!!If you need any plumbing needs or your water heater goes out, Bernie and John are your guys!!Thank you again gentlemen!!!
Dakota is very unprofessional and easily frustrated with projects. He seems to jump into things without thinking about them first. When given a task he doesn't ask all the questions. Jacob is very calm and considerate to people.The job got done but it wasn't with our a few needed outbursts and stressful situations. That that could have been avoided had proper communication and questioning occurred.
