“I was looking for a new boarding facility for our two fur babies and after reading the reviews and speaking with Happy Cat, we decided to board our two young cats for a week and a half. I am always super anxious when we have to board our cats, but Happy Cat did such an amazing job that I didn't have to worry at all. When we dropped our cats off, they let us take them back to their room and get them settled. The staff did not rush us and allowed us time to make sure our cats felt comfortable before we left. Each room has its own theme with ample hiding cubbies, beds, toys, climbing wall shelves and plenty of windows. You can tell that Happy Cat Hotel carefully designed the rooms to allow the cats to be comfortable and to have an enriching stay.

During their stay, we received daily updates with photos of their adventures. We also opted to add the webcam, so we were able to check in on them. We got to watch the staff interact with our cats and they were always so kind and gentle - each staff member took amazing care of our babies.

If you are looking for a place, we highly recommend this place and have already booked a week stay in November for Thanksgiving. Thank you so much Happy Cat for taking such amazing care of our babies while we were away - we are forever grateful for you.

“I am so incredibly lucky to have found Brittany. I have a 2 year old golden retriever who absolutely adores her and her two pups Blue and Watson. Brittany works so hard to make sure Bailey is taken care of. She is always on top of our regularly scheduled walks and has watched Bailey overnight (Bailey comes home happy as can be). I love getting Bailey's daily walk reports where Brittany writes how the walk went, what type of "business" was done, and includes the most adorable pictures. “The staff here is amazing and my family has a long-standing relationship with them. Indy, my parents Vizsla who unfortunately recently passed, stayed here whenever my parents were out of town. In her younger years, Indy would do doggy daycare… sometimes three times a week even. We never had a bad situation. More recently, my GSP, Duke, has been boarded here about four times of various stays. Every prior location Duke was boarded, he would come back sad and act as if I abandoned him. At CCC, he is excited to see me but has no resentment towards me for leaving him. The staff is well trained, the animals are well taken care of, and I do not stress about Duke when I occasionally leave town. Thanks CCC for the great care!“

“My step mother is very ill. She gave into my grumpy elderly father's enormous pressure and bought him a puppy on Valentines Day. Unfortunately the puppy is a very high-energy breed. Carla is clearly both brave and caring. She went for many lessons to train the people (more dad, who think dogs should be spoiled) and the dog. “Doggy day - absolutely amazing. The staff and the dogs are just amazing. The staff are so engaged with all the dogs. They are so engaged and observe when things seem off with the pups.We are working with Tim (dog trainer) to help my pup and it’s so great because he does it during daycare, after hours and weekends and even comes to our home.Boarding - oh my heart. “Today, we visited Olde Towne Pet Resort for a doggie swim session. It was our dog Koda's first experience with a pool. Mark, who assisted us, was exceptional in handling Koda. His primary goal was to ensure Koda's initial interaction with the water was enjoyable and stress-free, and he succeeded admirably. Mark maintained a playful atmosphere while being mindful of Koda's comfort levels. During the session, Koda made significant progress, taking several independent steps into the water as Mark encouraged him with pool toys. Mark's approach included rewarding Koda for his bravery, which greatly contributed to the positive experience. We were thoroughly impressed and plan to return for more sessions. I do social media marketing and blog for a living, so of course I had to make a video .“

“We took our very reactive dog, Toast, to both private lessons and two classes. We were recommended to take him to the dogs with big feelings class. It helped Toast be less reactive to other dogs. In 6 months he went from running at any dog that he saw to calmly being an example dog in his intro class, Good Dog 101 with Paul.

He used to bark for attention and throw temper tantrums to the point we couldn't even talk for 5 minutes. Sandy, who was extremely knowledgeable, worked with us to gently correct his behavior to a truly great dog.“
