I took off one star because I feel the customer area could use a deep cleaning and sprucing up. Other than that I'm happy with this location's services.“
“We boarded our very shy cat Jackie at the Happy Cat Hotel for about 10 days while my husband and I were away. The staff took outstanding care of Jackie, spending quality time with him every day, playing with him, and ensuring he ate well. We got daily updates and had access to the cat cam inside his room. We had a very positive experience and would board him there again.“

“Paw'Cierge's services were above exceptional. I have had my dog for 10 years and had a few dog sitters/walkers, but I have never been happier (and neither has my dog).I have been away for 6 days, so I was very worried about taking Donny (my Boston Terrier) to a dog hotel because she is an older lady and feels more comfortably at home. Paw'Cierge saved my trip! I was able to keep her at home and schedule frequent visits even on New Years Eve. Every morning I received a detailed report and multiple videos of my fur baby having the time of her life. I don't think I've ever seen her that excited. She also got her medicine, food and long walks. When I got home, my kitchen was clean and even my trash was taken out. If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars, I would!P.S. Her care giver even wrote a beautiful poem about Donny!“

“We cannot speak highly enough of Keri and Unleashed Abilities. Over the last 15 years, we have been lucky enough to work with Keri with each of our three rescue dogs. Keri proved herself to be nothing short of a miracle worker when working with us and our first dog - a desert dog from the Middle East (who earned the name “Wild Dog” from his rescuers). To say he needed a lot of training would be an understatement, but after a few months with Keri, he settled into life with us and was the absolute best boy.We are currently working on training our newest rescue dog. Keri gives such great guidance that we saw a remarkable effect after just the first session. As we’ve continued to work together, his behavior and leash manners have improved immensely. Keri is wonderful at modeling how we can work with him and gives us clear “homework” to work on between sessions. She also has great rapport with dogs - he absolutely adores her and even our nervous older dog is instantly at ease with her. Boh came to us with pretty severe separation anxiety to the point where he could not control his feelings unless we were both home with him; and it would require an hour of soothing from whoever was left to care for him.Thank goodness we came across Toni who may be the dog's trainer, but she really was our therapist and confidant, and an advocate for Boh with his vet and behaviorist to make sure he got the right medications and treatments to assist his training.In the 18 months we trained with Toni, she not only helped Boh through his separation anxiety - my partner and I got date night back! - but she also helped out with various other training needs like Boh's leash reactivity and front door reactivity.Truly forever grateful to Toni who stuck with us through the highs and lows of building Boh's confidence and helped all 3 of us reclaim our lives.“

“We connected with Susie shortly after we adopted a Westie mix from the animal shelter. Our dog (Sophie) dealt with reactivity issues when we went outside for walks. Susie worked with us extensively to both improve Sophie's comfort level around other dogs and also how we could distract her through the use of positive reinforcement and clicker training.We greatly appreciated Susie's time and her willingness to ago above and beyond to help with with Sophie. She came to us for training, joined us in our nearby park (Meridian Hill Park), and even offered up her building front yard for long leash training. “I am so incredibly lucky to have found Brittany. I have a 2 year old golden retriever who absolutely adores her and her two pups Blue and Watson. Brittany works so hard to make sure Bailey is taken care of. She is always on top of our regularly scheduled walks and has watched Bailey overnight (Bailey comes home happy as can be). I love getting Bailey's daily walk reports where Brittany writes how the walk went, what type of "business" was done, and includes the most adorable pictures. “Amazing experience I got my two boys groomed. They are senior dogs and have some arthritis in the back legs and some skin issues. She worked with and bathed them with a special shampoo for skin allergy. Also got recommended products for skin allergies and possible different diets for allergy sensitive dogs. She sent me pictures through out and updated me with anything I needed to know. Quick to responded and very timely. I recommend Anyone taking their time to do research on a good groomer to definitely take you dogs here. I couldn’t have had a better experience.“
