“I have used Stoneman HVAC for many years and have always been pleased. The variable motor in our old AC recently died. It was going to be a costly repair and due to the age of the heat pump, we decided to replace it with a new one. Of the three quotes we received, Stoneman was the most reasonable by far. However, the new unit had to be ordered and was going to take 2-3 weeks to install. They offered to provide us with a couple of portable ACs. Then, by a stroke of luck, they found a used motor and temporarily repaired our unit while we waited for the new one. We were so thankful since it was in the hottest part of the summer.

When Stoneman installed our new units, they were on time, worked efficiently, and were very respectful of our home and pets. I highly recommend these guys.“

“My main complaint is that I ordered windows in late May and when the installer came, he said the windows were measured wrong andhe remeasured them. I had a few updates. In October I contacted them, and the installation was scheduled, and no one came or called. I was told the installer was sick after I contacted them several times and was told he had contacted me. Finally on October 30th the windows were installed. The windows are great, and the installer did a good job. They cleaned up well after they were finished.“

“Lawrence and the guy with him who I forgot his name but they were amazing from the first call. They both communicated every step and talked me through what was going on. They didn't try to hand me any crap or offer me thing's I didn't need. They quickly diagnosed the issue and came up with a solution and pricing. The warranty company didn't want to honor the time remaining on my compressor so Lawrence took it upon himself to fight for me as a customer and contacted the distributor. Lawrence and the front office staff worked for hours to fight for a new compressor and they pulled through in a major way. I will always be grateful for the work of this company.
