“Thanks to the Bear Mechanical team, my daughter purchased a house that needed a heatpump, and some plumbing repairs. The Bear Mechanical team rolled in with every man on deck with breakfast, even the owner of the company was there! They were friendly, knowledgeable and they all had GREAT attitudes! The plumbers came back on another day to repair, they even repaired something that was not on the list. They just saw it and repaired it! We feel so comfortable knowing that this company goes the extra mile and we can get great plumbing and heating service from ONE stop shop! Special shout out to "Bob the Plumber" for his knowledge. My daughter was thoroughly schooled on the Do's and Don't!!!“

“Lawrence and the guy with him who I forgot his name but they were amazing from the first call. They both communicated every step and talked me through what was going on. They didn't try to hand me any crap or offer me thing's I didn't need. They quickly diagnosed the issue and came up with a solution and pricing. The warranty company didn't want to honor the time remaining on my compressor so Lawrence took it upon himself to fight for me as a customer and contacted the distributor. Lawrence and the front office staff worked for hours to fight for a new compressor and they pulled through in a major way. I will always be grateful for the work of this company. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.“
“Rakim is an amazing tech. We had issues with our very new unit and Rakim took the time to diagnose and provide us with a reasonable estimate. It wasn’t that easy though and more had to be done and he was very helpful and considerate. He talked with the tech support and had our back on making sure we were being treated fairly. Every step of the way he was letting us know what was going on, how he would fix it and next steps. As a new home owner, it was great to find such a stand up tech in our area. I will continue to work with Rakim and would recommend him to anyone.“

“My main complaint is that I ordered windows in late May and when the installer came, he said the windows were measured wrong andhe remeasured them. I had a few updates. In October I contacted them, and the installation was scheduled, and no one came or called. I was told the installer was sick after I contacted them several times and was told he had contacted me. Finally on October 30th the windows were installed. The windows are great, and the installer did a good job. They cleaned up well after they were finished.“

They came out and made the job look easy by going through a 3' x 3' access to the church rafters 25 plus feet up. Installed 3 - 5 ton units in 4 days. Very professional and clean. “Absolutely great service! We have a very old heating unit here at my residence and unfortunately it decided to stop working for us. James and John came out on our service call and were able to pinpoint our problem, replace damaged parts, and get our heat back in working order. They kept us well informed as they worked hard.
