Keith has always provided excellent customer service. Since the installation of my heat pump a few years ago to a recent preventive maintenance request, I have been completely satisfied with his professionalism.
Mr. Keith showed up promptly and diagnosed our heating issue. After retrieving the necessary part he was back early the next day to install it and WE HAVE HEAT! Thank you Mr. Keith.
