Ridge came out, quoted me a reasonable price on a complete system replacement. There was a delay on receiving the unit due to COVID but he kept me informed on the progress. As soon as all the parts were in, we set an installation date. He was on time, professional and the removal and installation of the new unit was completed in a day. I've been enjoying heating and cooling for the last 2 seasons with no issues. I would HIGHLY recommend!!Services: HVAC system maintenance
Ridge was on time which was huge for me! Very polite, professional, knowledgeable during his visit. He was able to fix the issue and answer all of my questions. He offered great advice about needs to be done in the future. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC work!!
Out of all the companies I called around colonial heights, they were the only one to call me back and I'm glad they did. He was very professional, explained everything and had my air conditioner unit back up and running in no time. I am very grateful and I highly recommend these guys. He also fixed a small plumbing issue I had while he was here. They were awesome
