“I was fortunate enough to have Raymond, the owner, come out to check out a Sub-Zero fridge that was acting up, and I can't speak more highly of his professionalism and friendliness. He was able to solve the issue within a matter of minutes and was more than happy to answer a few questions I had along the way.
As far as I understand it, Sub-Zero works with a select group of certified technicians to work on their appliances, and I believe this is the only in the nearby area. Fortunately, Raymond and Raytech are great choices for that work if you end up needing it. Also, kudos to the friendly scheduling/office staff for giving me all the information I needed on the phone ahead of my appointment. Much appreciated!“
“I called Colonial on Thursday and the repair man called and came on Friday as I was told. When he came in, he looked at the stove, turned off the circuit breaker, to the stove, took the face plate off and looked at it. He proceeded to take it off and the went to his van, returning with the part he needed. When he had everything back together, my issued was resolved. I had a problem with this stove once before and called a recommended repair service. The first time they looked and said they didn't have the part with them. They came back only to discover the ordered the wrong part. The third time, over a week later, they got the issue fixed. One time vs three times and one day vs almost 2 weeks, Colonial Repair deserves 5 stars in my book. No question who I will call for.my next appliance repair.“
