As someone with a long history of orthopedic injuries and surgeries, I have worked with many physical therapists and trainers over the years. Never have I experienced one as in-tune with body mechanics and kinesiology in my life. I feel stronger and less injury-prone after 5 months of training with Brad. And when/if I come in with pain, he is able to adjust our training session on the fly to address any concerns--and most of the time the issue has resolved by the time I leave. I may have used the word "magician" when describing Brad to family and friends more than a few times. If you are looking for a highly personalized experience for increased strength, function, and injury prevention, your search is over.“

The programming is top notch - well thought out to not only give you a good workout, but to hit those muscle groups that are commonly ignored in other group workouts. I was really nervous to try one b/c I have lots of issues—a knee implant, a torn meniscus, and a torn rotator cuff, plus my age. But Berhani Mehari, the owner & trainer, was just a marvel! He definitely pushed me hard and I was so happy with my increased fitness level, especially my strength. Yet, at the same time he was very conscientious in working around my joint problems and always listened to what I told him was going on with my body in the moment. He really knows his stuff; I always felt that I was in safe hands. I just can’t recommend him enough.“

I love that they emphasize health in its entirety--including sleep, nutrition, stretching/flexibility, muscle growth, fat loss (if that's your goal) and even a positive mental health. Michaela, in particular, has been an absolute blessing to my health and wellbeing. She is always ready to adjust my workouts based on my ongoing injuries and soreness, and has even implemented more mobility work to help with my injuries. Clarendon Personal hit all these in just the first session and every session I continue to take.I am someone who can tend to want to slip off my fitness journey every now and then but with them… nope, they pushed-me, encouraged me, reminded me of what I’m capable of, and were so consistent with their communication in and out of the center, that I ALWAYS felt so welcomed and appreciated going to work out with them. My body thanked me each time after the sessions, even though I did feel sore and felt every body part being put to work …it felt amazing because I felt i was getting my moneys worth and felt like I accomplished workouts I wouldn’t of ever thought I would do. I walk out proud of myself and thankful to have found a personal training center that focuses on me and actually puts the personal to personal training.“
