“Over Christmas weekend, we ended up taking our little pug to the emergency vet because he had a big ulcer on his eye. The vet referred us to Animal Eye Care Associates. I called first thing in the morning on December 26th and they were able to see us within the hour. The examination was very thorough and the doctor explained everything in layman's terms. I would definitely recommend Animal eye Care Associates for any of your animals with eye issues.“

“I hope this is Blue Pearl being that's where we went. Our poor cat had a appointment yesterday morning and on the way there she unfortunately passed. They couldn't of been more nice or caring. We walked in a hour early and explained that we had a appointment a little later but our cat was acting unusual so we rushed her over. But unfortunately we think she passed away. Lady immediately took her and asked if wanted cpr performed we said yes if they think there was a chance. They Immediately took her to the back. Unfortunately the lady came back out and took us to a room and said the vet would be in a few to talk to us He came a couple of minutes later and notified us that she had passed. We feel they were genuinely concerned and cared. We made arrangements for a cremation and they gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. Thanks a bunch you guys rock!“

“The caring Vets here at Mt. Pleasant are a treasure for this community. Not only do they take care of our 'buddies' through preventive care, but they are also compassionate when it comes time to make the decision that no pet owner really wants to face... but that is ultimately necessary to alleviate unnecessary suffering. This was the case for me when two of my long-time furry friends reached the end of their journeys. The staff gave me options to consider, and reasons for them. I knew I would stay for the procedures to make sure each of my furbabies saw my face as they departed, not wanting either to have any anxiety about being deserted. The Vet in my case was very compassionate and very professional. I really don't know how they can emotionally process what they do multiple times in a week, but we need to appreciate their work as a compassionate service to us... because they are there with us through it all. They are not just business people, they are people who can get depressed too. Next time you're in, thank them for the jobs they do.“
