“I have nothing but nice things to say about the staff at Midway. They are kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I feel SO lucky that they care for my sweet guinea pigs. Their kindness after the passing of my first adopted piggy was astonishing. Dr. Starke actually sat on the floor while I cried so he could speak with me face to face. They’re an hour away from where we live but they are worth every mile!!“
“I hope this is Blue Pearl being that's where we went. Our poor cat had a appointment yesterday morning and on the way there she unfortunately passed. They couldn't of been more nice or caring. We walked in a hour early and explained that we had a appointment a little later but our cat was acting unusual so we rushed her over. But unfortunately we think she passed away. Lady immediately took her and asked if wanted cpr performed we said yes if they think there was a chance. They Immediately took her to the back. Unfortunately the lady came back out and took us to a room and said the vet would be in a few to talk to us He came a couple of minutes later and notified us that she had passed. We feel they were genuinely concerned and cared. We made arrangements for a cremation and they gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. Thanks a bunch you guys rock!“

“In general, everyone at the Chesapeake Acredale office is very friendly and extremely helpful. I can easily walk in and request maintenance medications without feeling like I am intruding. They are also responsive to any requests I may have regarding my dog.“
