The caring Vets here at Mt. Pleasant are a treasure for this community. Not only do they take care of our 'buddies' through preventive care, but they are also compassionate when it comes time to make the decision that no pet owner really wants to face... but that is ultimately necessary to alleviate unnecessary suffering. This was the case for me when two of my long-time furry friends reached the end of their journeys. The staff gave me options to consider, and reasons for them. Our first visit was great! When we arrived I called to let the front desk know we had arrived and explained that my dog, Grady, doesn’t do well with other large dogs, I was told to come in through a side door to avoid the waiting area and we would go straight to a room. Within 5 minutes of getting in the room a vet tech, Hannah, arrived to get some background info, then Dr. Noce came in for the visit, she was professional but so sweet. I love this vet and Dr. K and Dr. Noce are amazing! Dr. K saved Benny's life - literally! She was able to diagnose him correctly after one visit! I won't take Benny anywhere else! The staff are all very polite and helpful too!! FIVE STARS!
