“Sean Hoffman did it again. Air One Tech is lucky to have him on board. Sean was able to troubleshoot the issue with the Aprilaire humidistat that makes clicking noise when it is running. He traced the issue back to the wiring from the humidistat that attempts to get sufficient power from the furnace control switch. If it is not for Sean, I might be asked by another technician to replace the humidistat and or the humidifier solenoid valve. There is a lesson learned here. When the HVAC system was installed in the Summer, there are undetected issues with all the wiring connected to various components that made up the HVAC system (thermostat, AC unit, central humidifier, furnace, and coil unit). Problems raise to the surface when cold weather starts. Even with a QA inspection followed up right after the installation of a new system, the technician couldn’t visually spot any potential misconnected wires until it actually happens. So with that, thank you Sean for doing a great job diagnosing the problem.“

“Our HVAC system was serviced on the rescheduled date and time. They service tech was professional and gave use suggestions on ensuring we change the filters more often. Hopefully the office when sending jobs to technicians will stop putting last minute jobs on the schedule. Remember that people have to take a half day off of work when they have a scheduled appointment with you, so if you cancel on them for an Emergency job your customer has lost 1/2 days pay.“

“I highly recommend Harts Heating and Cooling. Our A/C stopped working yesterday and as the high daytime temps were supposed to climb even higher this week, I really wanted good work done quickly. I chose Harts based on my community's Face Book Group recommendations page due the many recommendations. Jason exceeded my expectations. He arrived exactly when he said he would, was honest with all the possible causes, and allowed me to watch as he diagnosed the problem...explaining everything as he went. It didn't take long to find it was just a bad capacitor. He replaced it and then checked the refrigerant (which was a little low) so he added to spec. He took the time to check over everything and make sure things were working perfectly before leaving. He thoroughly explained all the work he did. He was very courteous and professional. “Proprietor and assistant acquiesced to satisfy my concern and anxiety about the detailing of townhouse before professional photographer is brought in to shoot pictures for multiple listing service. Technician laid drop cloths and placed plastic sheeting on vinyl siding to avoid residue landing on siding in the course of cleaning compressor. I found technician and assistant cordial, patient, ethical, conscientious and proficient. I am very satisfied with the cleaning, diagnostic, re-charging of freon gas and my overall experience with proprietor and assistant.“
