Air One Tech replaced our heat pump and air handler. As a first time homeowner, I knew literally nothing about HVAC systems and I appreciated that Jack took the time to explain the options to me and spent the time to provide a thorough estimate. He never tried to up-sell me on anything. When we approved the quote, they were able to schedule installation in less than a week. The installation techs were very respectful of my home, completed the work as quickly and quietly as they could (as I work from home), and explained the system to me after they installed it. We had an issue with our circuit breaker so the first night the system shut off, but they had someone out first thing the next morning within 30 minutes of when we called them to fix it and were able to fix the electrical issue within a few hours. Highly recommend this company!

Prompt and friendly service provided even though it was not an emergency. Techs were professional and office staff (Allison) great to communicate with. Very happy with their service and installation, now we will see how system performs and their follow-up maintenance as we have a long-term agreement for regular checkups.

Shawn and Elmer did an excellent job fixing the problem with the furnace. The technicians are competent, confident, patient and possess great communication skills, explaining technical issues in a plain comprehensive language for a customer. Very impressed with their professionalism and intend to use this company from now on as Shawn and Elmer represented it well.
