Keith Hellin was our technician today. Fabulous! He was prompt, very professional and considerate. People like Keith are the reason that I have been a loyal Mannix customer for 8 years.
Arrived same day as called on time. Keith was very attentive and tried many options to get our heat going, and when in doubt he called technical assistance to get advice. In the end our system was working better than it ever had. The cost was minimal. No extravagant replacements were recommended. These guys are awesome.
I was very happy with the speedy and easy service from Mannix when replacing our furnace. Their sales person was not pushy at all and had a lot of excellent feedback so we got the best deal that works for us. I'm happy with the price and the quality of service thus far. I recommend looking at them for your HVAC needs.
