If you want competence and knowledge, call Alpha Aire. 24 degrees outside with no heat. Scott had it working in record time. He came highly recommended ~ I highly recommend him to you. I am ashamed to say I rarely take the time to write reviews. This man deserves 5+ stars!!!

Service was excellent start to finish, responsive & thorough. However, he did not wear a mask in our home at any time, & in these times of COVID19, that really is a safety/ cleanliness issue. To be fair, I neglected to ask this in advance or at the time (I was surprised!) & he did keep reasonable space distance most of the time, & took no obvious offense to the precautions I took myself. I recommend if this is a concern for you, to request & see what happens.

To Jade Williams with the 1 star rating. How can you complain about customer service if you are not a customer? I remember you typing on your phone while turning the corner from Stonecroft Blvd., coming within 1 foot of my truck. I beeped the horn and got your middle finger and a quick "F--K You". So do not complain about my actions when your actions dictated mine. You are the reason I got angry and when you called to complain and put a mans job at risk when YOU were the one that created the entire incident. You should really get you head checked, Stop being so self absorbed , there is more to this world than that damn texting and your swollen ego.
