“It has almost been a year since I’ve been on my fitness journey with Brian as my coach…and honestly, I can only say great things! It was February of 2023 when I decided I wanted to step into the year living a healthier lifestyle. My goals were to not only focus on sustainable weight loss, but to also learn how to incorporate nutritious foods into my diet — making it sustainable on a daily basis, and to be consistent with exercise so that I am able to build and gain muscle.Brian embodies the qualities of being personable, flexible, and incredibly knowledgeable. His commitment to tailoring workouts to my specific goals has been instrumental in my journey. He does weekly check-ins, which creates a supportive environment, and his openness to answering questions demonstrates a genuine dedication to my progress. I’m thrilled to say that I've achieved my goals and am looking forward to another year of progress! Highly recommend!“
“StarFit is fantastic! It was my first real gym experience and I felt welcomed and at home from day 1. I love how each workout feels balanced while also pushing me. Definitely recommend if you want an inclusive environment with great trainers!“
“Wonderful community and approach. Shout out to trainers and schedule. The program provides the support I need to achieve health goals.“
“Everything you want in a neighborhood gym. Staff pushes and supports you, every piece of equipment you need, and open late.“
“Love love love Bounce! I have a soft body type w/less than 10 lbs of body fat to lose...but hardly any muscle...and I desperately needed some help getting toned.“
“I've enjoyed my Pilates lessons at Bodies by Bonnie, and Rebecca has been a great instructor. I knew next to nothing about Pilates other than it could help someone with chronic back issues. Rebecca helped me to slowly and patiently build my strength and confidence using Pilates exercises. I'm doing a lot better now than I was when I started. I think the attention to breath and form that Pilates requires will help with all my physical activities in the future.“
“Igor is an amazing personal trainer! I’ve been training with him for almost 5 years and he still surprises us with his variety of exercises-you don’t get bored. He is able to modify all exercises to individual needs and he’s great with helping you recover if you’ve had an injury or surgery. He also works out with you-he’s not one to stand around just counting for you. Igor also gives you workout plans while you’re traveling and will Zoom sessions too. His prices are so reasonable given the amount of training and talent he brings. And, he’s just one of the nicest people you’ll meet. My strength, stamina and balance are better than some of the younger clients and that’s thanks to Igor. I ran my first Army 10 Miler and also finished the Stadium Spartan race!“
“It's more than fitness. It's about having a healthy lifestyle, a coach that cares, and a friendly environment to do it all in.“
“Super awesome. Chris and Michelle have established a space that reflects their intention to assist you to achieve your goals. I worked with Chris as he did an assessment, got to know me, and together we set measurable goals. He is focused, informative-there is theory behind his reasoning, and you will be challenged. The equipment is clean and many options, including ice bath and sauna.“
“I am loving my experience. My favorite instructor is Codie. The workouts are adaptable to your own personal needs.Clients are friendlySpace is clean and organizedI have found my new village.“
“Corey was amazing ! Such a great people person and took my concern and needs into consideration! I felt like he wanted to really improve my health not just get his bang for his buck“
“Kevin is a terrific trainer. He offered me a complimentary training session when I started to see if I liked his service and the workout routine we would be doing. We built up from there, increasing weights and reps and level of difficulty. He pushes his clients but never too hard to cause pain or injury. He’s also funny and interesting to talk to during workouts. I highly recommend Kevin for your 1:1 training needs.“
“I’ve been using On the Go Fitness about a year now and I have to say the team is awesome! I’ve had personal trainers off and on for over two decades. I was in the military and needed one to keep me maxing my PT scores. (...because the scores DO matter no matter what you want to believe.) While many things play into your success in the military, I argue that “excellent” performance on your PT tests does a lot psychologically to show you are ready for the challenges of leadership. You don’t need to be a gym rat to be a good leader. You just need to show up once a year, and effortlessly max what is expected of you. And, this is where making an investment in yourself by having an outstanding personal trainer pays dividends in promotional opportunities.I’ve also used personal trainers to just help me keep myself fit to enjoy the games of life. Whether it is snowboarding, windsurfing, running in fun OCRs, climbing with your friends in the gym, or just trying something new. When you are healthy and fit, you get to play more. You get to see what is beyond your sofa and refrigerator. You get to stop feeling tired, and get to laugh and enjoy life more.I could go to the gym and push weights. I’m smart enough to know what I’m doing on my own and not get hurt. TBH, most people don’t. I’ve spent years in the gyms and I see you, and I’m cringing because I know you are going to be hurting at some point. Or you are just going to walk away because you feel intimidated by those people that are going to hurt themselves at some point. A trainer, these trainers in particular, are going to make sure that never happens.Don’t think of personal trainers as luxuries. I’m not rich. I drive old cars, and use duct tape in most of my household repairs. Think of personal trainers as a necessity in helping you live the best life you can. After all, there are no “do overs” with life. When that big white light comes, will you be saying “I wish I learned to ski, or I wish I could have played with my grandkids more”? Being physically healthy and fit will not only help you live longer, but it will help you live better. The research and science is there. This is not an infomercial, it is reality. And, the best part… it doesn’t matter how old you are, how tired you are, or how broken you are. If you are 80, you will keep your independence. If you are 50 and going through menopause, it will help you manage that madness. If you are 40 and now feeling the pain of your younger years of incorrectly pumping iron or doing things you shouldn’t have they will help you overcome those “hangovers”. And if you are 20, you will learn the true way of fitness and conditioning to keep you in the best health as you manage the challenges life will throw at you.You can try and “duct tape” your health, but odds are not in your favor. Leave that for your HVAC or cracked window. Get a trainer. Invest in yourself and the life you want to live. Dave and his team will ensure your investment has the highest and most enduring in lifelong returns.“
“Zach trained me in person in 2017. He was able to work with my budget and develop an in person training program for me that developed into a great friendship. Soon afterwards, I started getting chronically ill and Zach was always there to give me advice on exercises I could do without exasperating my various conditions. He even still sends me studies about exercise/nutrition and things I can do to help.“
“Nice local gym with great personal trainers for all levels. A great place for people who want a quiet, small space to workout while supporting a small business.“
“I have been coming to LiveFIT for more than 10 years, and this is a hidden special gem of a place. You get personal training in a clean and comfortable gym located in the lower level of a single family home in a great neighborhood. Chris provides excellent training, adjusts to your schedule, and keeps the entire routine interesting and challenging. This training studio is terrific!“
“Blackout has been a game changer in my fitness journey - small groups with lot of personal focus targeting muscle building and fat-loss(HIIT etc.). As someone who's been through a number of injuries, their personal focus in both the prescribed exercises and during the sessions really helped with my confidence and in my journey to getting fit and powerful again. Love this place.“
“The website states an awesome individualized proven method of exercise that produce muscle tone and weight loss Just what I'm looking for!“
“Tony Malave is an excellent personal trainer. He makes working out a fun, positive experience--it never seems like a chore. I have worked out with him for a number of years and I have always been happy with my sessions. Tony is extremely personable and is always mixing up my workouts so I don't feel as though I am doing the same exercises each time. He can get pretty creative sometimes. Personal training is perfect for me because once I put it down on my calendar, it is an appointment that I feel like I have to keep. I feel like I am working out with a friend 1 or 2 times per week and I would highly recommend Tony to anyone looking for a personal trainer!“

“My fiancé and I started working with Fitness Stop in late May 2020, with both trainers Rob Armstrong and Rob Wright. We were looking for trainers who could help us get into shape, lose weight and look forward to exercising. Both Robs were very interested in learning about our goals and how they could help us achieve them. In the beginning, I think it's fair to say we were both out of shape. We've now been working out with the Robs for almost three months and are in so much better shape than when we started. I've lost an additional seven pounds from when we started. In addition to working out two times per week, we have been getting "homework" each week to help us stay in shape in between sessions. We have steadily increased the number of miles we run per week and are now at 20 miles per week, something neither of us could have imagined we'd be doing when we started. We now do ab workouts twice and day, regularly stretch and also do other daily exercises, such as 100 pushups or jump squats. During training sessions, Rob Armstrong keeps the conversation flowing and makes the time go by quickly. Rob Wright is a bit more structured in his workouts but is no less fun to be around. Both are encouraging and provide guidance on working out and proper technique. We'd highly recommend working with Fitness Stop if you want to get into better shape and a better exercise routine. We're going to continue working out with the Robs after our first three-month contract term runs out. They're great guys and have helped us achieve our goals!“
“Paulina is great: efficient, fast-paced, and great at tailoring the workout to the person. The space is smaller but has everything you need/want. There are no more than 2 people doing their personal training session at one time. They have you do an assessment to see where you're at in fitness capability so they can tailor your workouts to your needs and abilities. Pauline handles workout scheduling only. You need to speak to the gym owner for information on pricing and the business side of things. I do now know prices so cannot comment on how it compares with other gyms but the workout was great. This is not a place to go however if you like to take your time during a workout. You are legitimately sprinting at time from workout to workout.“
“After my 3 months training with Lucas I am convinced that PW is the most effective and efficient muscle training there is. I was able to built considerably more strength than with any other approach. 20 minutes is all it takes, no hours long huffing and puffing! I am grateful to Lucas and Tracy for teaching me the discipline of slow motion weight lifting. I am determined to apply it to future workouts on my own. Not sure though, how much success I'll have without the trainers input and motivation.“
