I have been coming to LiveFIT for more than 10 years, and this is a hidden special gem of a place. You get personal training in a clean and comfortable gym located in the lower level of a single family home in a great neighborhood. Chris provides excellent training, adjusts to your schedule, and keeps the entire routine interesting and challenging. This training studio is terrific!
