Finally the staff is meticulous. Hanna worked with me on a couple of really fun lens/frame combinations, and all I had to do was describe where I was going with the look and she absolutely nailed it. Run, don’t walk, to NOVA. They are the best in VA.“

“I actually just decided to pop into this store to see if they could help me replace the lenses of my raybans as they were scratched pretty bad. I bought lenses from a different place and basically asked them if they could pop it out and just put the new ones in. I did "try" myself but those YouTube videos are all lies and so I decided to seek professional help. The gentleman that worked there ( I didn't catch his name) was super helpful and just like magic he was back in 5 minutes and my sunglasses looked brand new. He told me he had to use a special tool to contract and expand the frame to get the lenses in and out but it was something he did quite often. I was in and out of the shop in like 10 minutes! It was towards the end of the day and usually when you walk into a shop late the shop workers are like .... Urgh!! But not that this place. Everyone was so helpful and friendly considering I didn't spend a cent. Sometimes there are good humans in the world and I just wanted to give praise where due.“

“The service was great. There was an African guy there (maybe assistant), but I don't recall his title or name. He was really nice along with Dr Williams. They both made me feel comfortable while I was there. No complaints whatsoever!“

“I'd echo the positive reviews here.Booking: I called first thing in the morning, got a same day appointment on Saturday.Exam: I've had glasses for 29 years and gone to an optometrist every year. I have never had an optometry both so efficient and so thoroughly descriptive (he said assessments aloud during the exams). I was in and out in 20 minutes with a constant prescription. I got information than I've gotten in optometry exams twice that length, although more complex stuff belong at an ophthalmologist's office. Caution: parking in difficult here on weekends. It involves contending with lots of folks and cars in the shopping area and keeping track of parking slips for validation.“

“I went to Dr. Kotecha for botox recently and had an amazing experience. Dr. Kotecha was one of the nicest doctors I have ever met. She is very kind and caring. She took her time during our appointment to make sure to thoroughly describe the procedure and to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. “I rarely post reviews but had to with this office. These folks were the absolute best at every turn. I was a new patient yet they fit me in same day. I take was thorough. Dr Roshini Patel was terrific and thorough and answered all my questions. Front desk staff was attentive and polite. Highly recommend.“

“Visiting from out of town and needed contacts. Called my original provider, was able to fax my script in. New Era Eyecare was able to fill the script and when I went to pay, gave me samples to make the whole order free. They went above and beyond to make my trip a success. Truly thankful for kind humans.“

“This place was pretty good and quick for an eye doctor place. I need to get annual eye doctor appointments for my prescription. I tried this place out because I recently moved. The visual and retinal screenings were decently priced and I usually get my exam free due to my insurance. I suggest this place for anyone looking for a new eye doctor and if you live closeby. It is a bit more expensive than my last place with the added exams but it's worth it for a quality eye examination.“

Dr. Bindal was very thorough and has a great personality. Beatriz is a gem! She worked closely with me the entire time and was so compassionate.
