Tried a different eye doctor per the recommendation of the manager. TL/DR the place is still great, just do your absolute best to avoid the optometrist named Craig. Worst experience I've ever had. All the other eye doctors at New Era are great.

I was looking for glasses and was referred to New Era from a family friend. Had the opportunity to visit the office and I must say the employees have definitely exceeded my expectations. Very knowledgeable of products. Took time to explain each glass frame, and any small question that I had. I sincerely want to thank Cecilia, Tina, Camila, and Selene. If I could give these ladies a raise out of my own pocket I definitely will. Good referrals from me to my fellow co-workers to stop by the various offices.Thank you so much everyone for your hard work.

Great place. The technician Selene is a very hard worker. She provides great help, she’s very careful with her patients and she makes sure they feel comfortable. She is very welcoming, knowledgeable, She deserves a raise
