Eyeglasses are an expensive purchase and part of the expectation is good customer service. Not here. I purchased glasses on one visit and had difficulty seeing clearly. They suggested that I needed to get used to the new prescription. After struggling with vision, eyestrain and headache I returned. They ordered wrong lens in one eye, inverting the minus and plus signs. I decided to treat this as a one-off mistake and returned given the proximity to my home. My daughter and I went to the Clarendon, Arlington location on 10/21/2022. The doctor is very knowledgeable and taking her time to examine both myself and my kid. I am super happy with the visit. However, the two front desk staff were not friendly at all,I can say they were outright rude individuals that I do not wanna see in any business setting much less in a health care practice of any sort. I will not advise this location at all. Thanks doctor also works at their Ballston location so I may visit that one if needs be.

I have only ever had great experiences here since moving to the DMV area 4 years ago. At first it was just the most convenient location for me that took BCBS insurance, but even after moving to DC I won't go anywhere else. They always have great customer service, as well as professional and courteous eye doctors.
