Chase Roberson and Justin Schrader came to my site, repaired the cold water intake valve and piping on a new water heater, connected the electricity, and set the water temperature.. I requested special equipment be installed, and it was done. Work was done quickly, professionally, and cleanly. Workers wore protective booties and masks, and protected the carpet where they were working. Chase is a master plumber. He'll tell you exactly what he's doing and why, and give you options if available. I'll never use another plumbing service in this neck of the woods. These guys rock!Addendum:The previous review was submitted for work done in '22. During Nov '23 Augerpros replaced old, deteriorating cast iron sewer lines under my house (slab). They sent out Kory Sullivan and his working partner, Tommy, both excellent, quality plumbers. The dig team dug approx 25 ft back under the slab, Kory and Tommy replaced the iron pipe with pvc, the dig team replaced and repacked the soil under the slab, and spread what soil could not be put back, around low spots in the yard or around the foundation. All this while causing us to be without water use for only an hour over a two day span. Kory also unclogged a slow-running drain in about 2 minutes....no charge, thank you. Both plumbers removed their shoes entering the house, every time! When the city inspector was here verifying the leak test completion he commented how ".....I never have any trouble with the work AugerPros does...."Both Kory and Tommy are personable, friendly, and courteous young men. I'll always use AugerPros.Addendum #2Kory and Tommy came back this morning, Feb.13, to do another leak test after a foundation company adjusted some piers under the slab. These guys rock! “Tony Hickman repaired our gas leak on December 1st. Our problem had been discovered a week earlier during routine annual maintenance of our furnace. We initially had another plumber (a large operation in Rockwall that sounds like food and claims everyone loves them) who began the repair, but what started as a one-leak repair turned into two, then three. Each leak was running up the cost, and at that point I put a halt to the work until I could talk to my insurance company and get some other estimates. After finally taking some time to examine the rest of the pipes (they ended up being at our house for about 13 hours), that first plumber claimed we had 8 additional leaks that needed repair, quoted us a 5-digit amount for the repair, but couldn't guarantee that more wouldn't be needed. They recommended a total replacement of our pipes at a cost of $29,000!We reached out to Tony at the recommendation of a longtime friend and neighbor. He came out the day after I dismissed the first plumber and gave us a much more reasonable estimate. He found 5 more leaks (not 8.) Tony was a godsend. He worked very efficiently and charged us about a third of what the first company wanted for the 8-leak repair. The system passed the city's inspection, and we were able to get our gas back on. I found Tony Hickman to be honest, fair in his pricing, and friendly. We have decided to make him our go-to for future plumbing needs. Thank you, Tony!“

“We use Classic Plumbing regularly in our business, they are a good company and for the most part have great service, it depends on what tech you get to come out. We have had them out twice this week due to a toilet issue left by a customer. This issue is still not resolved so I called back and learned they close at 3 on Friday and it would cost me $290 an hour at 3 on Friday. I don't like that but it is what it is, what I do not like is their representative yelling at me and hanging up on me. When I asked for his name, he refused to give it to me. Unacceptable.Update: This review was in the heat of the moment and I thought I had deleted it but Google will not allow me to for some reason. We have used Classic for 10 years and even though this one was a little messy, it did not deserve the rating due to their superior service and quick response they have always given us. “We’ve always had excellent experiences with Benjamin Franklin in the past (they’re our “go to” plumber choice), but our recent experience with Joe Molina has set that bar even higher.Joe came out to replace a balancing spool in our main shower. Not only did he take the time to listen to our issue and remove/replace the balancing spool (which wasn’t an easy task), but he was courteous and pleasant the entire time. We were also impressed with how much care he put into ensuring that he wasn’t tracking anything through the house. He also listened to several general plumbing questions that we had, and offered opinions and solutions. We ended up replacing our toilet in the guest bathroom as a result of his recommendation, which he was able to perform on the same day (we had considered replacing this toilet previously, but his recommendation convinced us to take the plunge).We can’t recommend Joe or Benjamin Franklin enough! “Intown Plumbing gained a customer for life today from me. We had three pipes burst due to the cold weather. (Yes, we were taking all of the precautions and they still busted!) Once I found the busted pipes, I ran outside to cut the water off at the main. It just so happens an Intown Plumbing guy was working at our neighbor's house next door. He saw me frantically trying to cut the water off and asked if everything was ok. He helped me get the water off and said if we needed them to give the office a call and they could send somebody out. I called the office and everyone was extremely helpful and kind. They sent over someone within 30 minutes or maybe even less. It was truly fate that they were working at our neighbor's house today and I saw their truck and needed them and gave them a call and they were there to help. I believe it was Frank helping me. He efficiently and quickly fixed the leaks, explained what was going on, what the issues were, what needed to be done and what they were going to do.
