Our tankless electric water heater stopped working.The OTHER companies: I had two OTHER Plumbing Companies come out to try to resolve the issue. Neither could resolve the issue and did not have skills to install a new tankless electric. They even recommended I go back to a tanked water heater!ENTER CLASSIC PLUMBING: The water heater manufacturer recommended I reach out to Classic Plumbing. Jeff B, service tech, came out and was able to resolve my issue on the first visit. He was extremely knowledgeable, performed excellent work, and left the area nicer than he found it. Emergency shut off of gas by Atmos last night… Classic Plumbing called back at 9 PM, had plumbers here at before 9 o’clock and did a great professional job. Before 2pm I’m calling Atmos to get the gas turned back on. I would definitely call these guys back for any plumbing needs. Very impressive service.

We use Classic Plumbing regularly in our business, they are a good company and for the most part have great service, it depends on what tech you get to come out. We have had them out twice this week due to a toilet issue left by a customer. This issue is still not resolved so I called back and learned they close at 3 on Friday and it would cost me $290 an hour at 3 on Friday. I don't like that but it is what it is, what I do not like is their representative yelling at me and hanging up on me. When I asked for his name, he refused to give it to me.
