Sandy, the owner is best in the business. She does coloring and cutting (but consult about cutting prior to the job). Her building is in the small quaint atmosphere, that anyone couldn't help but feel cheery, talkative, and in good hands. After all, she frames her family photos around, so she must think of us as family! Sandy has a decade plus of experience in the beauty industry and ownership experience. She talked to me about my vision for my hair, both color and cut at first, and at different intervals asked my opinion on her work. Also talked me through while bleaching toning and any past history with reactions, burns, and my preferences. That's keen to caring and maintaining a business. For COVID. Social distancing and facial covering is practiced. It's by appointments only and there is parking. She wears gloves and cleanses the towels, chairs, and equipment. I don't think this is a great review on expressing how wonderful she is. But hopefully you can picture her worth ethic and attempts for safety at a very high standard!

I had a stylist for over 30 years and when she retired I looked for over a year to find another stylist that could do a layered short haircut. I then found Kim. She looked at a picture of the cut I wanted and performed the style perfectly. It was every bit as good as, or better, than the lady I had gone to for 30 years. I now drive from Austin to Wylie to let Kim do her magic. If you are picky about your hair and need a professional job Kim is the best!!

I use the app to schedule ahead.I started bringing my two sons, 7 and 12, and we all get our hair cut at the same time.My 12 year old has been really hard to deal with his hair before because he likes his bangs really long, over his eyes. I used to cut his hair myself until it became too much of a pain in the...This is the second time I brought him to this location and his hair looks great, we can see his face and he didn't complain at all. It makes me feel like a million bucks.I've had a few of the different ladies cut my hair and they have all been fantastic.The only downside is during games the TV volume is cranked up and if it is empty in there the noise bounces a lot and it can be a little overwhelming, lol. Incredible results every time. Technique, flawless. Amazing, friendly staff & the owner is the absolute best. She listens to what you want, she doesn't mind changing up if requested. No one there argues with you about what you wanting isnt the right way because they have so many years of experience and im just a customer, so I dont know what I want or how I like it to be done. That seems to be a big issue with nail salons. All staff is very easy to talk with, very light spoken, & hospitable. Super easy going & the atmosphere is nice, not too much traffic in the shopping center so there's always a place to park right in front, also.

Just went and it did take over an hour but Amy was amazing and thorough. The initial color I chose wasn’t the color I was aiming for and she showed me that on an unused fake nail. I had a concern of a possible leak behind my wall. I was lucky to find Ray. He is a master plumber. He identified where the leak was coming from, and made the repair. Ray was professional, honest and fair. I would call him again, and will be referring him to friend and family.

Hole In One Plumbing found two leaks in my sewer line and had to dig a tunnel under my house to access them. There was a LOT of dirt that had to be removed and temporarily stored in my yard. This was particularly difficult for them because they had to move the dirt through a landscaped garden area that had pavers. Although I expected at least some damage to my plants (it simply isn’t reasonable to expect NO damage), not a single plant was damaged. After the repairs were completed and the yard cleaned up, there was not a visible trace that they had even been there. Perfect execution of a clean-up!However, the next day I found a small issue with the compaction of the soil under the house (story for another day on how I discovered this). I called Hole In One and described my concern, but they tried to assure me that what I was questioning was unavoidable, was normal, and wouldn’t be a problem. I asked for an opportunity to show someone what I was concerned with and got no resistance from them at all. A rep came back to my house and when I answered the door, I was surprised to see an entire work crew standing there ready to get to work in case I was right. I showed the crew chief my concern and he agreed with me. The crew got right to work to and fixed the issue in a few short hours. The cleanup, as before, was impeccable. To top it off, this work was done on a cold drizzly day. I offered to let them come back on a nicer day, but the crew chief was nice and said they do this all the time, sometimes in worse weather that that day.Any average person or company can do good work, and we all make the occasional mistake. However, it takes an EXCELLENT company to own that mistake and happily make it right. Thank you to the management and excellent work crews at Hole in One. I hope I never need to call a plumber, but if I do, you’ll be the ones I call first.
We built our home in 2017 and PPG was the company that did all of our plumbing work. Have always been very happy with their responsiveness when we did need help with anything. Donnie has always been our service guy. He has always been VERY professional, kind and helpful. Great company with great employees! Will continue to use them!
Brandon Pierce at Harvey West plumbing was a real professional and good at his craft. He didn’t believe me when I said that my kitchen faucet was a real pain to take off. Well, he found out real quick after 45 minutes and 3 power tools later hahaha! I recommend this business to everyone!!

Office has been without doors and just the open concept and we talked about adding some doors to add some sound suppression when trying to work or play in the room. Got with Scott and his team and they came out and gave some recommendations and listened to what our vision was and told us how we could get there. Had a great experience from start to finish as the whole team from the top to the workers who transformed the open concept to a very nice looking entry way to the office in just 4 days.They also patched two holes we had in the wall from a prior water leak that we did not realize that plumbers will tear your wall up but not fix it. We were not aware of this before hand and would have gone to them as they do everything and left our plumbers out as it would have cost the same price in the end.Over all the doors were installed and matched to bedroom frame out with the arches and the paint on all the walls matched to where you cannot tell what is the old paint and what is the new.Great company and fair pricing with quality work.

This past fall we had squirrels in our attic, they tore holes in our soffit to gain access. All Pest Solutions came out and evaluated the situation and came up with an eradication, repair and prevention plan. They were able to get the squirrels out and prevent reentry, repair the damage and reinforce other vulnerable areas. The squirrels have completely stopped frequenting our roof. Andy Reglin and his team of pros completed a substantial drainage project at our home just before the holidays. Oscar Vallejo and his team are real Pro’s start to finish. It starts with Oscar who met with us to understand the scope of what we wanted to accomplish in our back yard. He then creatively interpreted the project by taking photos of the existing site and overlays his suggested plants and ground cover to give you a virtual reality. Fantastic job trimming our oaks and stabilizing another tree with cables. Nick's expertise really showed through as he directed the crew to trim our trees above the roof, and they also listened to our request to let a bit more light into our garden area. Communication was excellent throughout the process and the crew cleaned up everything and didn't leave any mess at all. You can tell the whole company really cares about doing a quality job, not just making a buck and moving on. I went in for a regular cleaning as a new patient. What I received was one on one conversation and service that exceeded my expectations. I’m compelled to leave a review because Dr. Aroura is just so good at what he does. He explained each of the X-rays and corrective actions then performed agreed upon procedures. I’ve never been so comfortable and pain free in any prior dental visits. It’s a dental visit, so I expected some discomfort but I experienced far less discomfort than expected. These people are non-judgemental, cool, gentle and literally make the visit pain free. I genuinely look forward to my next visit. Thank you so much.

LIFE CHANGER!!!!!!For the last 9 months I have been battling with my hands and feet randomly falling asleep. ESPECIALLY at night!!! This problem would wake me up several times at night. After diet, cold therapy, and exercise did absolutely nothing to help. A friend of mine said “you should try getting adjusted”. My first thoughts were “This is too serious for a measly ol’ adjustment”. I couldn’t have been more wrong! After a discussion and ONE adjustment by Dr. Joel Davis I had the first two nights in NINE MONTHS where I slept through the night and my hands didn’t wake me up because they had fallen asleep. . . The only frustrating thing is that I DIDN'T DO THIS SOONER!!!Thank you Dr. Joel Davis!!! I am grateful!!

Ginnie did a lovely job on my Airedale Terrier! I usually groom him myself, but I hurt my back and he was in desperate need for a haircut. Ginnie was kind enough to squeeze him in for me before Thanksgiving. The weeks leading up to holidays are often the very busiest for grooming salons, so I was very appreciative and made sure to bring some treats for the staff as a thank you! (ALWAYS tip your groomer!) ;)She did a beautiful breed trim on Gamble and he came out looking and smelling fabulous. Ginnie is very patient and kind with the dogs, and her grooms are beautifully detailed and correct. She can hand strip terriers or clip, and she does a great job either way. She also made a point of carding his coat to keep the follicles healthy, which is important for wirecoats that are clipped and not stripped.The salon itself is very clean, cute and I love that the kennel area where dogs wait for their turn to be groomed is in a different room from the grooming salon. That allows the dogs being groomed to have a much quieter and calmer environment during the bath and cut, which can lower stress levels for everyone. The staff were friendly and professional... I used to manage a kennel and grooming salon so I'm aware of what to look out for!Highly recommended!
