“I have so much to say, that I have no clue where to start! But words cannot explain how grateful we are for Gerry and his amazing team. They are not just a business, they are people who care about their customers and will go the extra mile to serve them.Picture this, imagine being overseas during the pandemic when your water filter in your fridge bursts and nobody knows about this for a couple of weeks. Yup. Our WHOLE first floor was flooded.Our insurance put us in front of PuroClean and Gerry and his team took care of EVERYTHING, while we were out of town for over a month. They did the entire restoration, gutted our house and took extreme care to make sure that our house was in a perfect state to rebuild. “Our house flooded before Christmas. The contractors that did the water clean up restoration highly recommended David Clinard with Texas Specialty Contractors for the rebuilding of house due to the water damage. We truly feel blessed that David Clinard was recommended to us. He made us feel comfortable and relieved the stress of the whole rebuilding process. David does not come into your home with a mindset that he is there to quickly finish what needs to be done and move on to the next customer. David takes his time to assess what is need to do the job right and even recommends things that add quality to the end product that doesn't add more to your budget. David kept us informed during the whole process from the beginning to the end and walked our house constantly to make sure all was being done correctly. What is great about David is his calmness during the rebuild; he is easy to approach and ask or critique anything about what is going on. “We had a pretty major water break on thanksgiving day and they wasted no time on coming over to extract the water so we had no further problems, they were very knowledgeable and customer service was amazing, we were out of state when it happened. They stayed in contact with us the whole time, called to say when they were coming and called when they locked the house and left. Needless to say I would recommend them for service.“

“ProTech – Owner = Rudy and his son were very professional, skilled, qualified, certified, and principled. They want to assure you get your life back as fast as possible.We were in Chicago for a 1 ½ week's vacation when we came back we had a floor in our Master Bedroom, Closet, Bathroom, Powered Room, and another area on the main floors that were very much affected by the Water Damage leak from the master bedroom. I called my Insurance company Branch and they provided me with Service Master, and ServPro = none of these companies could even come out for 2 weeks to look at the house.I called ProTech at 2:00 PM and within half an hour I got a call back from one of their team members and a follow-up call from Rudy – he said we will be coming to your house at 4:00 PM. Rudy has so much knowledge in construction, lots of experience working with insurance companies, and has an amazing team working with him. He also assures all subcontractors have the highest standards. “Office has been without doors and just the open concept and we talked about adding some doors to add some sound suppression when trying to work or play in the room. Got with Scott and his team and they came out and gave some recommendations and listened to what our vision was and told us how we could get there. Had a great experience from start to finish as the whole team from the top to the workers who transformed the open concept to a very nice looking entry way to the office in just 4 days.They also patched two holes we had in the wall from a prior water leak that we did not realize that plumbers will tear your wall up but not fix it. We were not aware of this before hand and would have gone to them as they do everything and left our plumbers out as it would have cost the same price in the end.Over all the doors were installed and matched to bedroom frame out with the arches and the paint on all the walls matched to where you cannot tell what is the old paint and what is the new.Great company and fair pricing with quality work.“
