Our house flooded before Christmas. The contractors that did the water clean up restoration highly recommended David Clinard with Texas Specialty Contractors for the rebuilding of house due to the water damage. When we had a plumbing disaster in July 2019, David at Texas Specialty Contractors came onto the scene fast and immediately got the ball rolling, coordinating with the restoration company, plumbers, flooring guys and cabinet builder. Throughout the process, he texted, called, and came over daily to explain what was happening and make sure things were moving along and being repaired to the highest quality. He thoroughly explained the costs, insurance coverage, etc. If you are looking for an excellent contractor that truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend David at Texas Specialty Contractors!
