I had the flooring replaced in the main living areas of my home, including stairs, with an engineered wood product. I went with Heritage because I had seen work they had done for friends of mine. From discussing the flooring options, to getting an estimate, to the demolition of the old flooring, and to the install of the new flooring, the entire experience was positive. I worked with Ardy and he stayed in constant communication throughout the process. He and the team of workers that did the job were professional, punctual, and completed the job sooner than expected. I received an estimate from Damien in February and it was less than I was expecting. After reading the positive reviews I felt confident using Heritage Hardwood Floors. I'm an over the road truck driver and Damien easily worked with my scheduled home time, he and his crew were punctual and completed the work on schedule. I had them refinish my floors. The finished results were excellent and as promised. I'm very happy with my floors and would definitely use them in the future. Thanks to Damien and his crew!
