We contacted few roofers to locate roof leak and fix it at our home, There was a water stain in the foyer. Juan showed up quickly and diagnose problem with drone camera.He fixed the problem in an hour without big estimate. We are elderly couple with tight budget. Other roofers estimates were in $300 to $2000 range. One roofer gave estimate to replace entire roof, $5000 to $7000.Juan assured us our roof was okay and that there is no need to replace whole roof. Though it took months for my insurance company Allstate to get a new roof approved for my house, it took only a day for it to be replaced. Informed Allstate that the shed roof will be replaced at a later date which my agent was okay with since I also plan on moving the shed further from the fence line.
