Called earlier to find out if my daughter’s glasses would be covered under warranty. Alyssa, who I spoke to, had the glasses waiting in the back when I arrived hours later. This lady is absolutely amazing! She was working by herself and had about 5 customers in line when I arrived. She was very patience and courteous. She serviced everyone in a timely manner as well. I highly recommend this Target Optical as their staff is some of the best!

The store manager Lourdes was awesome. She was very informative. Shel let me know that my carrier eye med provided free frames with the purchase of contacts. I’ve been with them for years and had no idea. She’s went above and beyond to give me a 5 star experience.

Absolutely fabulous! Lourdes in the Wylie store was super amazing. I had 10 pairs of my own frames that I took to north McKinney! The female manager at the store told me that no longer do them due to the being in a lawsuit. I spoke to Wylie a on the phone who said that they 100% do it with a waiver so I drove very far to visit with Lourdes and she hit me situated.The manager in North McKinney really didn’t realize when she lied and blew me off that I could 100% tell she was because of her energy! Shame on her she lost the store over $2000 dollars that day but didn’t miss a beat when she referred me to pearl cushion across the highway. I hope she gets some re training...read full review
