I was very impressed with Mr. Air Repair! William (the owner) was extremely professional and courteous. He checked out our unit and answered all my questions. I chose to get the service contract and was able to pay for the year in advance rather than month to month with no issue. Looking forward to our winter check up. Found company on Thumbtack app, they responded within 10 minutes to my message. I was able to get same day service and a 3 hour window I could expect my technician to arrive. I received a call 45 minutes before the technician would arrive. The technician showed up on time and took a look at our A/C system which wasn't working. He diagnosed the problem and got us back up and running quickly.I suggest checking out their membership program which includes discounts on service and maintenance checks to prolong the life of your equipment.I'm glad that I found Mr. Air Repair on Thumbtack. Trenton came on time and quickly diagnosed the problems with my a/c, providing a much needed temporary fix. This was followed the very next day by William and his staff who completely replaced my 17 year old system in about 8 hours. Very professional, very courteous and very reasonable price wise. Would definitely recommend them!Services: HVAC duct & vent repair
