The dogs are barley in the kennel during the day and the only time they are in the kennel is for meals! There is always someone watching the dogs and the company has a great cleaning process of the kennels to prevent any illnesses going around. “We chose the reverse board and train and could not have been happier with our experience and the investment. We were truly lost as first time puppy owners and I don't care how many you tube videos you watch or articles you read there is nothing like having a skilled trainer in your home gently pointing out ways to improve what you are doing and taking the lead on getting your puppy to obey. We especially appreciated the reward approach as we had tried out someone else who was all about intimidation methodology. We would like to specially praise Robin for all of the hours he spent with Winston but also Kai and his team for the puppy class training. My husband was not able to take him for walks because if he seen another animal , he would make a fool out of himself ( Gunner, not my husband).?.Anyway since being trained he is ? better. We took him today to get shots at TCAP, and wish I had business cards to pass out for Ward’s.“
