She worked with us for several months and showed us how to effectively communicate with our dog and reinforce her training. We also had our pup stay with Lauren while we were travelling to help polish up her impulse control and off-leash training. Thanks to Lauren we were able to eventually get our pup service-level trained. I would recommend Lauren over and over again to anyone looking for customized training and results.“

Robin has been an incredible resource for me and my dog as we work through his separation anxiety training. She has her Separation Anxiety certification and has a wealth of knowledge on the topic, which makes her an extremely valuable resource for anyone working through separation anxiety with their dogs. I can't imagine going through this process without her!Robin offers group classes and private sessions, so she can work with you in a way that works best for you and your dog. Whenever my dog and I have a challenge, big or small, Robin provides a variety of thoughtful and creative solutions, whether it's crate training or teaching your dog how to get into the car. She also has many videos, articles, and product recommendations to share with clients. I have learned so much from her.Robin is also great about hosting events for her clients. “I can’t say enough about how awesome Dallas Dog Palace has been! I’ve taken my pup to other boarding/daycare facilities in the past, but Dallas Dog Palace really goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable with your dog’s stay.They will send you a report card for your pup every day, but will also contact you separately, if needed, to provide more specialized updates and info. I left my dog Cooper while away on a 2 week trip and felt so at-ease while I was gone. He had a blast, and was really well taken care of.Since then I’ve had to drop him off for shorter stays and he has enjoyed himself every time. This will definitely be my go-to for both boarding and daycare, and I highly recommend.“
