“I have been taking my dog Breeze to Dallas Dog Palace for over a year now and I can't say enough good things about them. Breeze looooves going to daycare and playing with his furry friends. He always comes home happy and tired. The people working there are amazing and caring. They treat our pets like their own and that's all we can ask for. They also send us a doggy report card of his daycare days, which is so cute and thoughtful. We get plenty of pictures when Breeze is boarding, so we can see how much fun he is having. They are very attentive and professional. They notify us of any changes in his health or behavior and always follow our instructions. “Carla was amazing in helping me get to a comfortable place with the new dog I had rescued. I was struggling to walk him on a leash because he pulled aggressively. Now he calmly walks and doesn’t pull on the leash. He also listens well now, and is constantly engaged with me, which makes it easy to teach him new tricks and rules. Training him myself after his time with her has been effortless because of the foundation she provided him and me to be successful in cohabitating together. Carla gave me a lot of tools to become a successful dog owner and sent me pictures and videos of his process so I could still be involved and also see how she would handle him. 10/10 would recommend Carla to anyone.“

“I just got my two pups -- I so was on a mad hunt for two perfect, small, matching dog beds. I visited numerous stores and my persistence paid off when I found what I was looking for on SALE (but that Petco only had one). I went home and called several local stores and was lucky to find another one. The manager said they were closing in an hour but he would hold it for me until I arrived. I showed up in my pajamas (there was no judgment, lol) and I was greeted with kindness and a sense of humor from the manager. Extra bonus -- he matched the sale price from the other Petco. Nice! A giant THANK YOU to both Petcos that made me very happy--and for the two comfy beds that my two girls love!“

“We absolutely love The Yard Dog! The staff and quality of services are amazing. I like how friendly they are and that we can board our two dogs together in rooms with cameras which gave me some peace of mind while out of town. I also love the photos and post cards they send you. My boyfriend's dog gets so excited anytime we walk in because they are so caring and kind to her. The facility itself is really cool too. It's my favorite boarding facility I've taken a pet to. Not to mention great pricing. Y'all are awesome!“

“I am one of those people that will typically only take time to write a review if the product / service was exemplary or the complete opposite. This is definitely a case of the former!We ended up coming to Valley Ranch Pet Clinic in late 2020 / early 2021 during the pandemic, after losing our beloved Golden Retriever. We used to go to another local vet, but I was very hurt when they did nothing to acknowledge our dog's passing. He was our world, and they knew it! I was so distraught over the sudden hemangiosarcoma diagnosis at an emergency clinic and having to "put him down" that I reached out to Dr. Capp to make sure I had done the right thing. She was so comforting! She had just met me and still set aside time just to speak to me about an animal she had never seen! Turns out she had Goldens in the past and understood their propensity to cancer. From then on, we were "sold".Shortly after, we brought our two senior cats to see Dr. Capp for their senior well-visit. Dr. Capp and her staff were so kind and thorough! It was such a comfort knowing we had a good vet after losing our dog. Fast forward and unfortunately, both cats have now passed away. The first went to the Rainbow Bridge in the summer of 2021 and our oldest met her there just a few weeks ago. We hadn't been into the clinic in a while because I had moved, but when I reached out recently to get the records for a younger kitty my daughter had brought in, I mentioned the recent passing, and we just received a lovely condolence card signed by the entire staff. This meant so much, particularly given our previous vet had done nothing of the sort when our sweet Golden died. I only briefly mentioned our cat's passing and Dr. Capp and team sent a card shortly thereafter. Simply amazing.I really can't say enough about Valley Ranch Pet Clinic or Dr. Capp and her staff! If you are looking for a new vet or just a second opinion, look no further!“
