“I can’t say enough about how awesome Dallas Dog Palace has been! I’ve taken my pup to other boarding/daycare facilities in the past, but Dallas Dog Palace really goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable with your dog’s stay.They will send you a report card for your pup every day, but will also contact you separately, if needed, to provide more specialized updates and info. I left my dog Cooper while away on a 2 week trip and felt so at-ease while I was gone. He had a blast, and was really well taken care of.Since then I’ve had to drop him off for shorter stays and he has enjoyed himself every time. This will definitely be my go-to for both boarding and daycare, and I highly recommend.“

“I cannot recommend Michelle and Pet Perfect salon enough! My dog Toby recently had the full treatment - wash and dry, haircut, nail trim, teeth brushing, and even a cute Easter photo! Michelle's attention to detail and care for Toby was evident from start to finish. Not only did Toby come out looking and smelling fantastic, but the pricing for such comprehensive services was incredibly reasonable. I also love that she does each dog by appointment only so that Toby was not stuck in a kennel waiting his turn. He was able to roam and play with Michelle, get groomed and was totally happy spending time with her. Michelle's expertise and genuine love for animals truly shine through in her work. “I just got my two pups -- I so was on a mad hunt for two perfect, small, matching dog beds. I visited numerous stores and my persistence paid off when I found what I was looking for on SALE (but that Petco only had one). I went home and called several local stores and was lucky to find another one. The manager said they were closing in an hour but he would hold it for me until I arrived. I showed up in my pajamas (there was no judgment, lol) and I was greeted with kindness and a sense of humor from the manager. Extra bonus -- he matched the sale price from the other Petco. Nice! A giant THANK YOU to both Petcos that made me very happy--and for the two comfy beds that my two girls love!“

“The best cat groomer I've used so far. I have a beautiful, but long haired, persian cat who I have had to take to groomers since she was little -- eight years old now. The first groomer I discovered was sedating her and she was groggy for a few days afterward - not good and stopped using her. The second groomer was a business that specialized in cat grooming on a bigger scale. The negative was that you would drop your cat off there for up to six hours and they are surrounded by other cats......very traumatizing for the cat but only option I thought I had at the time. That place closed and I was in desperate need of a new groomer. I found Linda, and I am so blessed to have found her. She is like a cat whisperer.....no sedation needed as she really comforts the cat before grooming. She has a mobile trailer that she can come to you but you can also take to her and have her focus on just doing your cat with no other animals around. She gets it done in an hour or two as she is just doing your cat solely. She did the best job of all the groomers I have used. She is reasonably priced for the above and beyond service she provides. You can tell she takes the extra effort so as to comfort your cat and limit any type of trauma they may have from getting groomed. Definitely recommend her and happy to have found Linda to take care of Abby's grooming needs going forward.“

As devastating It was one of the staff reached out to me informed me of Darla needs a home. She had one of her eye removed but the next day after the surgery, she was ready to play and live. I’m going through a personal hard time but the staff Jennifer introduced me to Darla and thanks to this vet staff and Darla, all of you have definitely saved me.If you worried about your ‘pets’ if they are in good hands or not? “July 2023: 5: I have used this business on several occasions for my feathered child. It has changed owners/management/location from several years ago to now. The staff seems to be interested in the nonhuman clients. Dec 2018: 4: I have used this Carrollton location on a few additional instances since I last posted a review. The follow up visits warrant an update for this location. The personnel here are stepping up their ability to show better effort to care for my feathered child. I used this place to board my first hatched feathered child and was allowed to use a small cat cage at a reasonable cost for nine days while we were at an overseas destination. Check-in/out was easy. I provided an eating list and food and the medical records for Alex. Weekend staff wasn't really doing anything to care for my pet as all the lights were off at 12:30 in the afternoon in a room with no windows. There is a connection to a Facebook Page that gives visual updates, but dogs and cats were featured in updates more often than other pets. I received two updates over nine to ten days that showed a photo or two. I did want the caregiver to at least indicate that Alex was eating regularly, any behavior observed, or just sleeping a lot. I wasn't impressed, but had no choice but to leave her here.“
